Stretch Mark Removal Tips

Stretch marks are the tearing of the layer of the skin.  They take on an off color hue of your skin.  They are thin groves or lines on the skin that run parallel or can be closely together.

Stretch marks are caused by many things but not limited to only rapid stretching of the skin or increased weight gain or loss.  Stretch marks also occur when there are hormonal changes happening in the body.

The hormone glucocorticoid effect the epidermis by not forming collagen and elastin fibers that keep the skin tight.  This leads to the tearing of the skin and stretch marks.

A high percentage of women that are pregnant are subject to stretch marks.  This is because of rapid skin growth mainly in the abdomen and breasts.  This occurs mainly in the 3rd trimester because of the ongoing hormonal changes.

Hormonal changes during puberty can also cause stretch marks.  This is a time period when rapid growth can stretch the skin and cause the dermis to lose elasticity.  This also applies to weight lifters who are constantly putting stress on their skin fibers through muscle growth.

All areas of the body can be subject to stretch marks but the main areas are where there is more fat stored on the body such as the: thighs, breasts, abdomen, hips, and buttocks.

There are a few methods of stretch mark removal.  The successful  apply Vitamin A and Vitamin E to the skin.

Vitamin A plays a role as an antioxidant to keep harmful free radicals out of our skin.  Vitamin A reduces sebum production.  It plays a role in repairing the skin and the membranes it is made up of.  It keeps your skin moisturized.  When you have a Vitamin A deficiency it will result in dry itchy skin.  Foods such as: carrots, broccoli, apricots, and spinach contain Vitamin A.

Vitamin E is also an antioxidant it protects your skin from pollution, ultra violet light, and free radicals which damage skin cells.  Free radicals are what cause collagen and elastin to break lose its effectiveness causing stretching of the skin and stretch marks. When applied to the skin Vitamin E protects the epidermis cells of the skin.  Vitamin E helps the skin retain its elasticity.

There are many products on the market with Vitamin A and E in them but the most effective stretch mark removal produce we have found is the:

Verseo Stretch Mark Vanishing Milk

Verseo Stretch Mark Vanishing Milk is full of Vitamins A and E and when applied to the skin greatly removes stretch marks.  It also prevents new stretch marks from appearing.

Stretch Mark Removal Tip #1:

Apply the Verseo Stretch Mark Vanishing Milk on the effected area daily for the greatest results.

Laser surgery is a new method of stretch mark removal.  Laser stretch mark removal applies a beam of light to the effected area which stimulates new collagen growth.  The collagen will thicken and fill the epidermis cells.

This method is more expensive and can be a very painful process.

Stretch Mark Removal Tip #2:

Talk to your physician before you consider stretch mark removal with laser surgery.

The last product we recommend many celebrities in Hollywood have had a lot of success with is the:

Verseo Detox Body Wrap

It is a clinically tested product that draws toxins out of the skin.  As mentioned earlier toxins and free radicals are what cause the collagen in the skin to lose its elasticity.

This product keeps the skin tone and taut so that your skin does not stretch.  You may notice a dramatic decrease in cellulite and stretch marks after use.

Stretch Mark Removal Tip #3:

The detox body wrap is very flexible so apply it to the area most effected by stretch marks.
